The contractor should be able to develop and conduct online training courses for EFSA staff, members of EFSA panels and the EFSA Scientific committee, members of EFSA working groups and networks, and corresponding experts from the member states in applying the methodology described in the EFSA guidance on expert knowledge elicitation in food and feed safety risk assessment. EFSA has regularly organised crises preparedness exercises and activities in the past to plan and practice how to respond to possible emergency situations. To continue this effort, a multi-annual crisis preparedness training programme, building on the experience gained via previous urgent responses and preparedness exercises, should be developed and executed.
