Attributed to this proceeding is: D59H17000140007, (d) The stipulation of the contract will be made after a successful formal inspection carried out by the competent offices of the Authority Responsible for the Internal Security Fund 2014 – 2020. In the event that the negative results of these checks determine the total or partial suppression of the financing assigned to the Project, the Administration will assess the need to exercise the powers of self, (e) The contract which will be concluded with the tenderer of the tendering procedure does not provide for recourse to arbitration under art. 209 D. Lgs. No. 50/2016 and excludes the possibility of the transfer of claims, (f) The Administration shall not be liable for delays which may occur in the liquidation of invoices arising from any temporary unavailability of Internal Security Fund Resources 2014 – 2020 assigned to the Project, (g) In accordance With art. 5, paragraph 7 of Reg. (EU) No 514/2014 "The Commission or its representatives and the Court of Auditors shall have the power to audit exercisable on the basis of documents and on the spot, on all the beneficiaries of grants, contractors and subcontractors who have obtained Financing of the Union under this Regulation and the specific regulations ", (h) The payment of the costs incurred by the actuator is carried out with resources available on the Revolving Fund of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, ex L. 183/87, directly by the Payments Office of the Technical Secretariat through the Payment delegation. Capacità tecnica e professionale:

Producers and commercial enterprises can participate in the competition. All traders wishing to compete will have to produce, together with the remaining documentation provided for in this announcement, penalty exclusion from the tender, the quality certification UNI EN ISO 9001-2015 is valid, issued by Ente Accredited by Accredia or other mutual recognition agency to the participating company or to the producing company represented by it. This certification shall expressly cover the implementation and/or optimisation of opto-mechatronic modules or optical and/or electronic equipment. In the case of R.T.I. the above certification must be owned by the manufacturer of the product, or by the company that sells it. In the case of consortia, the technical-professional capacity requirements for participation in this contract must be owned by the consortium itself, in accordance with art. 47, paragraph 1 of D. Lgs. No. 50/2016. For the purposes of demonstrating the above-mentioned requirement, the competitor shall transmit a scanned copy of the document digitally signed by the legal representative, or self-certification, to be signed, in accordance with and for the effects of D.R.P. N. 445/2000, in the manner referred to in art. 38, paragraph 3, which attests to its possession.
