The main purpose of this procurement procedure is to select a contractor with extensive and proven experience in the professional conference organisation (PCO) market who can provide turnkey event management services to bring EFSA’s meetings and events to life based on a given event concept. The contractor will be requested to collect requests/needs from EFSA, analyse, define, organise and coordinate them and take care of the service itself as well as of the single events.
