The service summarily includes:
— ordinary cleaning service with sweeper and ground operator equipped with blower;
— ordinary service for the management of road baskets;
— ordinary service on notification for the collection of abandoned waste;
— treatment of waste deriving from street sweeping activities;
— other cleaning services:
a) events promoted by the municipal administration or extraordinary cleaning services; all described and detailed in the special tender specifications.

The subjects referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments.
To be admitted to the tender, competitors must have the following requirements, under penalty of exclusion:
— of a general nature pursuant to art. 80 of the Code and not to fall within the exclusion grounds indicated in the same article;
— of professional suitability pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 3 of the Code;
— of technical and professional capacity, pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 1, letter c) and paragraph 6 of the Code, and precisely:
(a) registration in the national register of environmental managers not lower than Category 1 — ‘Collection and transport of urban and similar waste’, Class E — ‘Less than 20 000 inhabitants and greater than or equal to 5 000 inhabitants’ as per Annex A of the resolution 12 September 2017 of the Ministry of the environment and protection of the territory and the sea — National Register of Environmental Managers;
(b) registration in the National Register of Environmental Managers not less than Category 1 — ‘Mechanised sweeping activities’, Class E — ‘Less than 20 000 inhabitants and greater than or equal to 5 000 inhabitants’ as per attachment B of the resolution of 12 September 2017 of Ministry of the environment and protection of the territory and the sea — National Register of Environmental Managers;
(c) registration in the National Register of Environmental Managers in Category 1 — sub-category ‘collection and transport of waste lying on urban, suburban and motorway areas and roads’, Class F - ‘annual quantity transported less than 3000 t/a’ or greater than referred to in table D6 of the resolution of 12 September 2017 of the Ministry of the environment and protection of the territory and the sea — National Register of Environmental Managers.
