Capacità tecnica e professionale:

Each competitor, together with the application form and the documents prescribed in this announcement, must — under penalty of exclusion — present:

(a) certification, currently valid, attesting compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001-2015 standards, issued by an accredited ACCREDIA organization or other institution in mutual recognition, or self-certification by the legal representative, drawn up in accordance with and for the purposes of the D.P.R. No 445/2000 and with the procedures referred to in Art. 38, Paragraph 3 which certifies their possession. In the case of expired ISO 9001: 2015 certification, the same must be presented, together with the renewal application dated before the expiry of the present announcement: admission will be subject to presentation, within the deadline for the submission of the offer, of the ISO 9001: 2015 certification in course of validity or proof of the positive outcome of the Audit;

(b) self-certification of the legal representative, drawn up pursuant to and for the purposes of the D.P.R. No 445/2000 and with the procedures referred to in Art. 38, Paragraph 3, certifying the possession of the IT connection with the sites of the manufacturers, necessary to obtain the spare part codes, without which the company cannot formulate the cost estimate. This requirement may be satisfied, in addition to through the institution of the recovery, also by means of ongoing cooperation contracts (Article 105, Paragraph 3, letter c-bis of Legislative Decree No 50/2016). In the latter case, the company that will guarantee the aforementioned IT connection must be indicated, specifying the company name, tax code, VAT number, as well as the legal and operational headquarters;

(c) self-certification of the legal representative prepared pursuant to and for the purposes of the PPE No 445/2000 and with the procedures referred to in Art. 38, Paragraph 3, with which it undertakes to deliver the materials supplied within the times indicated in the technical specifications based on the tender.

In this regard, it should be noted that the IT connection referred to in the previous letter b:

— it is merely informative,

— must be held at least with the manufacturers listed in Art. 1 of the technical specifications based on the contract.

The administration reserves the right to arrange technical inspections at the offices, even secondary, of the competitors, to verify its technical capacity.
