Each competing company (even if auxiliary or principal) must produce, together with the application form, 2 suitable bank statements.

Economic operators, including merged ones, retisti and/or consortium members or auxiliaries, in possession of the service phases specified in para. II.1.5), to be considered all essential, are allowed to participate. To this end, each competitor must produce the following documents:

(a) declaration, signed by the legal representative, certifying the list of all the collective catering services provided and invoiced to private individuals, organizations or public administrations in the years 2015-2017 differentiated by year and indicating the dates and numbers of the relative contracts, beneficiaries (public or private), amounts invoiced (VAT excluded). In the case of RTI it is necessary to specify the phase/part/quota performed by the single economic operator in the same supply. Each economic operator must possess an annual average of specific turnover for similar collective catering services equal to at least 1,5 times the annual value of the lot (excluding VAT) for which one is requested to participate, taking into account:
(a) declaration, signed by the legal representative, certifying the list of all the collective catering services provided and invoiced to private individuals, organizations or public administrations in the years 2015-2017 differentiated by year and indicating the dates and numbers of the relative contracts, beneficiaries (public or private), amounts invoiced (VAT excluded). In the case of RTI it is necessary to specify the phase/part/quota performed by the single economic operator in the same supply. Each economic operator must possess an annual average of specific turnover for similar collective catering services equal to at least 1,5 times the annual value of the lot (excluding VAT) for which one is requested to participate, taking into account:

The requirement must be met by:
— R.T.I. or by the consortium as a whole, in the event of participation in R.T.I. or ordinary Consortium of competitors pursuant to art. 45, paragraph 2, lett. e) of Legislative Decree No 50/2016. It is understood that each member of the R.T.I. or the ordinary consortium must, however, make the declaration referred to in D.G.U.E. in relation to its turnover,
— R.T.I. or by the consortium as a whole, in the event of participation in R.T.I. or ordinary Consortium of competitors pursuant to art. 45, paragraph 2, lett. e) of Legislative Decree No 50/2016. It is understood that each member of the R.T.I. or the ordinary consortium must, however, make the declaration referred to in D.G.U.E. in relation to its turnover,
— consortium or, where indicated, by consortium companies indicated as executives, in the case of consortia as per art. 45, paragraph 2, lett. b) and c) of Legislative Decree No 50/2016.
In the case of a grouping, this requirement must be possessed by the agent company in a majority way.
The competitor who intends to participate in more lots must possess the requested economic requirement calculated on the lot of a higher amount among those of interest.
(b) self-certification, signed by the legal representative, certifying compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001-2015 standards, currently valid, issued by ACCREDIA accredited body or another institution in mutual recognition, related to the accreditation sector for each essential phase, entrusted to the single economic operator;
