Compression system in question consists of:
— multistage axial compressor, Franco Tosi construction mat. 5114,
— centrifugal compressor with refrigerant, Franco Tosi construction mat. 5113,
— MAAG GB47 model and multiplier GB28,
— three-phase synchronous generator.
The services described below in detail, and the materials included in the list of required spare parts, list an indicative and non-exhaustive list of headings (A) and (B).
A) Scheduled maintenance.
The contractor will provide:
Supervision and technical co-ordination on site activities; maintenance tasks; Performance of specialists and not; periodic Inspections; Engineering Activities by definition and maintenance documentation programs; technical meetings before and after surgery; preparation of reports reviews; technical support for operation and maintenance issues; diagnostic services.
B) Spare parts required.
The contractor will provide: Spare parts needed for the scheduled maintenance.
All new components used must be suitable for use also required in relation to environmental conditions of the site.
The services required will be divided into three lots:
LOT 1 – maintenance and spare parts supply years I and II.
LOT 2 – optional – maintenance and spare parts supply years III and IV.
LOT 3 – optional – maintenance year V (General review).

1) This procedure is subject to the provisions of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 163 dated April 12 2006, named “Codice dei contratti pubblici relativi a lavori, servizi e forniture in attuazione delle direttive 2004/17/CE e 2004/18/CE” (Code of public contracts concerning works, services and supplies in accordance with the EC directives 2004/17 and 2004/18) and subsequent amendments and supplements, as far as applicable to public contracts of works, services and supplies for utilities. The above mentioned legislative decree, in force since 1.7.2007, can be consulted – in Italian language – on the website of the Italian Parliament at the address http://www.parlamento.it/parlam/leggi/deleghe/dlattcee.htm. 2) The requests to participate in the tender (no. 1 original and no. 2 copies) shall be submitted exclusively by making use of the appropriate forms drawn up by Enel and made available to the companies, which deem to be able to meet the minimum professional, economic and technical requirements for participating in the tender, on the internet address http://www.acquisti.enel.it/en-GB/fornitori/03_bandi_avvisi/02_bandi_gara/ (in the search mask, please, select English language and then: ”Company”: Enel Servizi – “Macro-category”: Supply – “Date of publication”: date of publication of this contract notice). The references of this contract notice and the details of the concerned job, as per point II.1.1) above, shall be indicated on the outer side of the envelope containing the request to participate. 3) In order to be invited to bid, the candidates meeting the minimum requirements established in this contract notice shall also register themselves in the Suppliers Register (“Anagrafica Fornitori”) on ENEL Purchasing Portal (internet address: www.acquisti.enel.it), section “Become a Supplier”, for the merchandise group MMIM03 “Maintenance Compressors” (if not already registered for the aforesaid merchandise group). In case of temporary groupings of companies, the registration shall be made by all the economic operators taking part in the grouping. Nevertheless, Enel reserves the right to invite to bid suppliers which are not already registered, in the event the missed or late registration is due to causes, to be properly documented, not attributable to the supplier itself. If so, the supplier will have to complete the registration process within the deadline for the submission of technical bid. 4) Enel, at its sole and unquestionable discretion, reserves the right to: — cancel the tender at any time (for example, if the received bids does not comply with the expected minimum technical-economic requirements), — carry out the tender, or part of it, by means of information technology tools (e-commerce). 5) Minimum period for which the tenderer is required to keep valid the offer: 6 (six) months from the deadline stated for the submission of technical bids. 6) The selected contractor may use, with no restriction, local entrepreneurs, where technical and economic conditions so permit, in order to maximise the involvement of local resources. 7) According to the provisions of art. 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, named “Code on the matter of protection of personal data” (“Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali”), please be informed that the data supplied by bidders during the tender process are collected and processed by Enel S.p.A., and by the Companies subject to direction and coordination of Enel S.p.A., both in automatic way and on paper, for the purposes concerning the tender and contract (if any) stipulation and management, as well as to give execution to all legal requirements. Such declaration shall contain the commitment to comply, during the bidding phase, with the provisions of article 37 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 163/06.

a) Declaration attesting the adoption of a quality system complying with the UNI EN ISO 9001-2008 standards (in case of temporary grouping of companies or in case of consortia, the above requirement shall be met by each one of the grouped/associated companies) or equivalent.

b) Adoption and implementation of a Safety Management System that meets the international OHSAS 18001 or equivalent.
c) Technical/economic requirements:
The Candidate shall demonstrate proven experience in works covering similar type of services in the last 10 (ten) years and shall be familiar with international and Italian laws, regulations and best practices concerning this matter.
The Candidate shall provide a reference list, proving to have accomplished during the last 10 years at least 5 projects similar to the one mentioned in the scope of work of this document, and the entire concerned documentation showing: type and technical characteristics of the similar supplied services, location and size (contract amount, total man hours) of the Projects, the name of Clients, etc.

The Candidate shall provide the gross incomes of latest five years. The average value of latest five years shall be more than 3 Mln€.
The Candidate shall demonstrate to have accomplished the services requested in the previous points as “in house”, not subcontracting more than 30 % of total f the executed activities.
Should some of the above activities have been performed as association of companies, the declared information/amounts shall be relevant to the portion ascribable to the single company within the association.
In case of temporary groupings of companies the above requirement shall be met by the grouping as a whole and, specifically: by the agent company (group leader) for a minimum of 60 % of the stated value and by each one of the principal companies (group partners) for a minimum of 20 % of the stated value.

Esecuzione dell'appalto
Depositi e garanzie richiesti:
At the acceptance of the contract, it will be required a deposit of 10 % of contract amount.
In the event of a delay in completion of the service within the term fixed, a daily penalty shall be applied against the Contractor to the extent of 0,5 % estimated amount of the contract up to a maximum of 10 % (ten percent). Upon reaching this amount, Enel shall have the right to avail itself of the termination clause of the contract, pursuant to art. 1456 of the C.C., without Your having the right to claim for any damages whatsoever.

The detailed program for the jobs in this contract will be issued to the award of the contract.
The Start Up and the End of each specific Lot of the above mentioned supplies and the Work activities will be specified in the related Work Order Activation Letter.
Principali condizioni di finanziamento e modalitĂ  di pagamento e/o riferimento alle disposizioni pertinenti che le regolano:
Payment of the related invoices shall be made by bank transfert with fixed value date for the beneficiary on the third last working day of the month in which the term falls of 90 (ninety) days from the date of receipt of those invoices if the invoices are send by Web EDI and of 150 days if the invoices are send in a paper format.

For the performance of jobs, an amount correlated to works progress, shall be recognised to the Contractor, subject to approval ot the completed services by Enel.
