The subject of the contract is a supply of:
1)Smart innovative factory type SIF 400 or equivalent for the planning and management of the logistics process through the analysis of data in the system and interventions for optimization and improvement of workflows realized with equipment, apps and technologies of Industry 4.0 and possibility of working in presence (HMI interface) or remotely (via WebBased platform) consisting of:
- 8 automated logistics stations
- 1 mobile robot for assistance and connection between stations for internal transport of materials
- Management software
- Online emulation platform (digital twin)
- Containers and products
- Cyber security kit
- Training materials
- E-learning platform
- PLC Programming Software
The 8 automated logistics stations are:
- Finished goods warehouse;
- Container labeling station;
- Packing station;
- Finished package warehouse;
- Palletizing station;
- Pallet labeling station;
- Pallet dispatching station;
- Recycling station;
The following supplies are also requested:
- A Mobile Robot to act as an assistant in transporting different materials, under specific request
of the operator;
- a management software that shall enable the user to control and manage the entire system by storing and monitoring all process data;
- an online simulation platform where virtual copies can be developed and controlled. Consistent with the requirements of Industry 4.0 it will have to allow working with virtual replicas of real teaching equipment, thus enabling safe experimentation with the behavior of the system;
- that the previously reported system enables the production and dispatch of one-piece containers, container packs, and package pallets. Multiple product configurations indicated in the technical specifications should be available;
- A kit that enables the acquisition of basic cybersecurity skills such as: understanding the operation of information exchange systems within connected machines, recognizing IT threats and implementing countermeasures, and defining and designing security controls in an operational environment, exploiting existing vulnerabilities;
- that the training material be structured to cover the following areas of expertise:
. Station;
. Technology;
. Software and system;
- an online learning platform that is flexible in terms of timing, modes of use and content and easily accessible that provides a series of structured training paths on Automation-related technologies, narrated by a "virtual teacher" supported by interactive learning materials and a test
- a pneumatics simulation system type FAS 200 SE 4.0 or equivalent. The system should simulate, using enabling technologies of Industry 4.0, a real assembly process divided into 5 phases: Assembly - Handling - Quality Inspection - Transfer - Warehousing and Shipping. The System will have to be equipped with software to develop simulations and diagnose malfunctions and will consist of 3 stations and a linear transfer, each of which will have to perform a part of the process;
- a logistics simulation station type LOG-200 or equivalent. The station shall support the study of logistics-related concepts through the use of RFID technology and simulates a logistics process by moving plastic containers along a conveyor belt. Through RFID technology, each container will need to be able to be stored in different locations. The system that shall use the most popular technologies of industrial automation and shall be articulated in several modules each representative of a process step;
- No. 2 air compressors to ensure proper operation of the previously described systems.
