Capacità tecnica e professionale:
each economic operator must submit - under penalty of exclusion - the self-certification of the legal representative, drawn up pursuant to and for the purposes of the Presidential Decree n. 445/2000, with the procedures set out in art. 38 paragraph 3, attesting to having achieved, in the best three financial years of the last five years prior to the expiry date of this call for tenders, a minimum global turnover for similar supplies, for a total amount at least equal to the annual value of each individual lot, VAT excluded. Specifically, the tenderer must submit a detailed list of the supplies made, indicating the type of products, the invoiced amounts, the dates of the contracts and the beneficiaries. If the competitor submits an offer for two or three lots, he must declare that he has a specific turnover equal to the sum of the turnover foreseen for participation in each single lot. The minimum levels of technical-professional skills are justified by the fact that the purpose of this announcement is to identify economic operators whose skills are adequate in relation to the multitude of product delivery points, for the very numerous Carabinieri.
