each competitor, together with the application form and the documents prescribed in this announcement, must - under penalty of exclusion - submit:
a. self-certification of the legal representative, drawn up pursuant to and for the purposes of the D.P.R. n. 445/2000 and with the procedures set out in art. 38, paragraph 3, certifying having achieved a total - in the years 2019 and 2020 - a turnover (excluding VAT) in the sector of activity covered by the contract, equal to or greater than the total amount based on the tender. This self-certification must indicate the list of supplies made and, said document, must contain a detailed indication of the type of products, amounts invoiced, dates of contracts and beneficiaries;
b. valid certification, certifying compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001-2015 standards, issued by an accredited ACCREDIA body or another body in mutual recognition, relating to one of the following accreditation sectors: 18-29-31-33-34 -36, or self-certification of the legal representative, drawn up pursuant to and for the purposes of the DPR n. 445/2000 and with the procedures set out in art. 38, paragraph 3 which certifies its possession. In case of expired ISO 9001: 2015 certification, the same must be presented, together with the renewal application having a date prior to the expiry of this announcement: admission will be subject to submission, within the deadline for submitting the offer, the ISO 9001: 2015 certification currently valid or valid for the positive outcome of the Audit;
c. self-certification of the legal representative, drawn up pursuant to and for the purposes of the D.P.R. n. 445/2000 and with the procedures set out in art. 38, paragraph 3, with which the competitor declares to have an assistance center on the national territory (authorized by the system manufacturer if it does not coincide);
d. self-certification of the legal representative, drawn up pursuant to and for the purposes of the D.P.R. n. 445/2000 and with the procedures set out in art. 38, paragraph 3, with which the competitor declares to be able to deliver, in compliance with EASA regulations, courses aimed at issuing pilot licenses recognized by ENAC and comparable, pursuant to Ministerial Decree 04/29/2016 "How to use by the Police Forces of remotely piloted aircraft "and subsequent amendments, to that provided for by art. 248 of Legislative Decree 15 March 2010, n. 66 "Code of the Military Order".
If the aforementioned documentation is signed by an attorney with suitable powers of representation, they must also be attached to the notarial power of attorney.
The Administration reserves the right to arrange technical inspections at the competitors' premises, including secondary ones, to verify their technical capacity, with expenses and duties borne by the competitor.
