Elenco e breve descrizione dei criteri di selezione
Companies and/or groupings and/or networks specialized in the production of the products for which they are applying to compete are allowed to participate. To this end, each competitor must declare/demonstrate possession of the following minimum requirements:
(a) complete production cycle consisting only of: cutting and packaging (with the exception of caps and gloves, considered accessories), as well as an overall business organization inferable from:
— descriptive list of the technical equipment owned relating to the contracted products;
— production plants and workforce;
— daily production capacity referring to finished products similar to those of the contract, in line with the terms of supply preparation;
(b) specific turnover: list of supplies made in the 3-year period 2017-2019, relating to finished products similar (for construction techniques, similarity and intended use) to those under contract (ski suits), whose annual average must be at least equal to the value of the contract excluding VAT (EUR 266 400.00). The list must contain a detailed indication of the type of products, amounts invoiced, dates of contracts and beneficiaries;
(c) (for Italian garment companies only) PS license: declaration, signed by the legal representative, certifying possession of the license of the Ministry of the Interior pursuant to art. 28 of the R.D. No 773/1931, currently valid, indicating the date of issue, expiry date, the issuing prefecture, as well as the quantity of artefacts authorized to be held;
(d) (for garment manufacturers only) certification certifying compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001-2015 standards, issued by an accredited ACCREDIA body or another body in mutual recognition, relating to the accreditation sector (EA 04 ‘textile’), or self-certification of the legal representative, drawn up pursuant to and for the purposes of the DPR No 445/2000 and with the procedures set out in art. 38, paragraph 3 certifying its possession.
The administration reserves the right to arrange technical inspections at the competitors' premises, including secondary ones, to verify their technical capacity. The related costs are borne by the competitor.
The minimum levels of technical and economic capacity are justified by the objective complexity of the supplies (in terms of procurement and delivery times of finished products, especially for the request for any ‘5th urgency’ or ‘additional 5th’).
