Supply and Maintenance of a Complete Integration of High Content Imaging (HCI) Instruments Including a Robotic Arm, a Plate Hotel, an Automated Cell Incubator and Scheduling Software
An integration of our two existing high content imaging (HCI) instruments. The integration, i.e. workcell, should include a robotic arm, a plate hotel and an automated cell incubator. This workcell should be controlled by an efficient and user friendly scheduling software, which is able to schedule plate transfers from incubator (live-cell experiments) or plate hotel (fixed cells) to either of the two HCI instruments.
Currently, the HTS facility has two HCI instruments: Thermo CellInsight™ CX7 LZR and Thermo Cellomics Arrayscan VTI which is connected to a robotic arm and a plate hotel. This robotic arm is at the end of its lifecycle and its maintenance is ending. Another reason for purchasing is live cell imaging: currently only one microplate can be imaged at a time because plate changes have to be performed by hand. The throughput of live cell imaging could be markedly expanded with an automated incubator.

Integration af vores to eksisterende instrumenter til billeddannelse med højt indhold (High Content Imaging — HCI). Integrationen, dvs. arbejdscellen, bør omfatte en robotarm, et pladelager og en automatiseret celleinkubator. Denne arbejdscelle skal styres af en effektiv og brugervenlig planlægningssoftware, som kan planlægge pladeoverførsler fra inkubatoren (forsøg med levende celler) eller pladelageret (faste celler) til et af de to HCI-instrumenter.
