Capacità tecnica e professionale:

Only builders yards can participate in this procedure. Each competitor shall produce, together with the application for participation and the remaining documentation provided for in the invitation to tender, the following documents must be excluded from the invitation to tender:

— self-certification of the legal representative, drawn up pursuant to and for the effects of Presidential Decree No 445/2000, with the detailed rules laid down in Art. 38 Comma 3, attesting to having already built, in the last 10 (ten) years, boats of similar size and suitable for the transport of high density personnel (at least 30 persons) specially designed to sail in restricted waters and/or in the Venetian lagoon and that there Have operated (accompanied by the data of patrol boats and purchasers),

— quality certification ISO 9001:2015, or self-attestation of the legal representative, written in accordance with and for the effects of Presidential Decree No 445/2000, with the modalities of Art. 38 Comma 3, which attests the possession. In case of certification ISO 9001:2015 expired, the same must be submitted, together with the request for renewal having date prior to the expiry of this notice: the admission is subject to submission, within the deadline of the offer, of ISO 9001:2015 Certification being valid or proving the success of the audit.
