This procedure was initiated by Bus company SRL, which provides for the purchase of up to a maximum of 31 buses by Bus company SRL (c.f. e p.iva 00893890012) and up to a maximum of 6 buses by Riviera Trasporti Piemonte SRL (c.f. e p.iva 01494260084), was made in an associated form by the 2 companies belonging to the same basin, as preferred by the DGR 8.5.2017, nº 40-5004 (Piedmont Region). The application form, complete with the required documentation, must be sent by registered mail of the postal service, or through an authorized delivery agency or by hand to the following address: Bus company SRL — via Circonvallazione, 19 - 12037 Saluzzo (CN) — Italy on penalty of exclusion within the deadline indicated in point IV.2.2). The sender must be indicated on the outside of the envelope, as well as the words "Restricted procedure for the supply of public service buses — application for participation — To the attention of the Doctor Marco Canal Brunet". The delivery of the package remains at the sole risk of the sender, where, for whatever reason, the same does not reach the destination in time. In case of difference between the notice in English language and that in Italian language, what is reported in Italian will be valid.

For the purposes of the existence of professional competence, the competitors, if Italian citizens or other member states resident in Italy, must be entered in the register of the CCIAA. for activities related to the object of the tender. This declaration must show the respective amounts, dates and recipients, public or private. In all cases of temporary and non-regrouping, Consortia, ... (as previously mentioned), this declaration must be given by each company, and will be commensurate with its share in the grouping.

2. Declaration concerning the global turnover and turnover of the sector, related to the sale of new factory buses, with reference to the last 3 financial years.

— that in the names of the subjects referred to in Art.80 of Legislative Decree nº 50/2016, present in the company structure are: (name,surname,as),

— that the subjects ceased from office in the last year, compared to the publication of this procedure, are: (name,surname,as),

— the inexistence of the situations indicated in paragraph 1),letters a),b),c),d),e),f) and g) of the art.80 of the D.Lgs.50/2016(towards him and for his own knowledge about the subject of the aforementioned subjects),

— pursuant to paragraph 2: the absence of causes for forfeiture, suspension or prohibition provided for by art.67 of Legislative Decree 6.9.2011, n.159 o of an attempt to infiltrate the mafia referred to in art. 84, paragraph 4, of the same decree,

— pursuant to paragraph 4: not to have committed serious violations, definitively ascertained,

— under paragraph 5: indicate your situation.
