Technical consultancy services for the retrofit of the Ispra site tri-generation plant
The procurement aims to contract the services of preliminary design and assistance for the call for tender, the design and construction of the retrofit of the Ispra site tri-generation plant.
The Ispra site cogeneration plant (ISCP) was built during the years 2000–2003 and put into operation in September 2004.
The 4 engines of the current ISCP are close to reaching the end of their life cycles. The plant is expected to operate effectively until 2020 upon accomplishment of a major maintenance programme to be completed by the end of 2017.
This is why a major retrofit of the plant is required.
