The procurement aims to contract the services of preliminary design and assistance for the call for tender, the design and construction of the retrofit of the Ispra site tri-generation plant. The Ispra site cogeneration plant (ISCP) was built during the years 2000–2003 and put into operation in September 2004. The 4 engines of the current ISCP are close to reaching the end of their life cycles.
