Abilitazione all'esercizio dell'attività professionale:
In order to participate in this tender, the Tenderers shall have the eligibility criteria in accordance with art. 83 of the Code, and namely:
a) professional capacity;
b) economic and financial capacity;
c) technical and professional capacity.
As regard the existence of the requirements referred to in point a) above, the Tenderers, if resident in Italy, must be enlisted in the register of the Chamber of Commerce or in the Register of provincial commission for the craft, or at the competent professional associations. For the purposes of demonstration of these requirements, the Tenderers must submit a copy of the certificate of registration in the register of CCIIAA. The Tenderers resident in another EU Member State are required to present evidence of the registration, as prescribed in their national law, in one of the professional or trade registers listed in Annex XVI of the Code. Alternatively, the evidence of registration can be done by affidavit or equivalent document allowed by the national applicable law, as well as by declaration, under their own responsibility, that the registration certificate has been issued by one of the professional or trade registers established in the country of residence of the Tenderer.

Posizione economica e finanziaria:
As regard the economic and financial capacity, it is required that:
1) Tenderers have a minimum turnover in the last financial year at least equal to 150 % of the value of the lot for which he presents offer. In the case of participation in two or more lots at the same time, the minimum annual turnover shall be equal to at least 100 % of the total value of the lots for which the Tenderer applies.

— appropriate statements from banks or, if appropriate, evidence of relevant professional risk indemnity insurance;
— balance sheets or extracts from balance sheets, where publication of the balance sheet is required under the law of the country in which the economic operator is established;
— a solemn statement regarding the overall turnover and, if appropriate, the turnover of the sector of the procured activities, in the last financial year.

For the purposes of demonstration of this techno-professional requirement, Tenderers must submit the list of the main similar supplies performed in the last three years; the latter list shall be accompanied by certificates of proper execution and should be include the value of the supply, starting/ending dates of the deliveries and their recipients, public or private, as well as details of the place of delivery.
