The Service includes the execution of the following activities:
— On call services for the resolution of anomalies and WTG securing.
— Scheduled Maintenance, strictly in accordance with methods, requirements and frequencies specified in maintenance manuals and checklists customer. Checks due by law or specific norms for particular machineries.
— Corrective Maintenance: troubleshooting with possible replacement of parts and/or parts' wear, without the use of special mechanical means (e.g. crane, exceptional transportation).
— Extraordinary Maintenance: replacement of parts with the use of special means including specialistic technical support. Such activity will be managed as an option and will have to be accepted by the client case by case.
— Consumables: they must be included in the Service and related fee.
— Small spare parts management.
— Medium/large spare and weared parts will be managed as an option in the contract. The Client will have the right to provide such spare and weared parts.
— Special Means (e.g. crane, lifting equipment) will be provided by the Client.

The Service includes the execution of the following activities:

Condizioni di partecipazione
Abilitazione all'esercizio dell'attività professionale:

A) Declaration of the absence of the situations envisaged as causes of exclusion as per art. 38 of Legislative

Decree no .163/06 and subsequent amendments, for all the legal representatives and technical managers, and for any persons resigned from office in the 3 years preceding the date of publication of this call; Likewise, also indicate convictions with the right to non-disclosure;

b ) according to art. 2359 Civil Italian Code, declaration of non existence of any kind of control and connection, with other Companies participating independently in the tender;

c ) declaration of regularity in respect of undeclared work (Law number 383 / 01) and employment contracts;

d ) declaration of no conflict of interest (ex Legislative Decree 231 /2001);

e) declaration ex special part D ‘offences against individuals’;

f ) declaration of corporate structure (not due for listed companies), or the individual declaration;

g ) pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/00, the substitute declaration of the certificate of registration to the ordinary Registrar of Companies issued by the Chamber of Commerce, containing all the information of the above mentioned certificate; for foreign competitors, the provisions of art. 39 paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Decree n° 163/06 are applied;

h) substitute declaration, pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/00, attesting the regular contributions on the basis of local regulations of DURC (Unique Declaration of Contribution Regularity).

Average of the revenue in the last three years in Operation and Maintenance of WTG field not lower than the following values:

For the awarding to more lots, the required values is represented by the sum of the requirement for each lot.

It is required to have EBITDA > 0 in the last years. In case of consortium, if one of the companies does not met the requirements, EGP reserves the right to ask more guarantees that will be applied in case of failure of one of the company in the consortium.

1 At least 4 years experience of O&M service in the wind power sector.

2 Contracts in force and an historical contracts portfolio in the last 4 years for a minimum yearly cumulated and demonstrable power of MW as indicated in the table below:

3. Execution of the following activities on behalf of wind turbine manufacturers or energy producers with their own wind farms:

— Inspections;

— Management of components held in stock that is contracts including procurement of replacement parts;

— Operation of a wind power generation plant, control, diagnostics and management of remotely acquired data (SCADA operation and monitoring, data processing);

— Execution of programmed maintenance;

— On-call interventions on main components (repair, replacement, inspection and monitoring);

— Engineering Services in support of trouble-shooting.

4. Possession of appropriate and certified specialist equipment for carrying out the required service

(e.g. torque wrenches, tools with sufficient electrical insulation, lifting equipment, necessary software licenses for carrying out the maintenance activity)

and suitable instruments for conducting the tests and inspections required by the relevant procedures.

5. Availability of means and properly equipped vehicles that are fully efficiency and suited to the specific conditions of the site and the uses required in the work area (vehicles for transporting people and equipment, cranes of appropriate capacity for lifting parts of

various weights and sizes, with the exception of major components).

6. Declaration of willingness to comply with current Italian laws, particular those governing waste management.

7. PPE for work at height and in the vicinity of live electrical parts

Personnel equipped and prepared for carrying out activities on external installations.

Personnel qualified to carry out the various site

activities to which they are assigned, with training in the following courses:

— Health and safety (e.g. courses provided by wind turbine manufacturers);

— First aid;

— Work at height;

— Category III PPE;

— Fire-fighting.

Esecuzione dell'appalto
Depositi e garanzie richiesti:

During the tender phase the bidders will provide a temporary bank guarantee equal to 2 % of the total estimated amount of the contract until 30.6.2016. Such guarantee will be returned after the tender finalization.
