Residential service to be delivered in favor of a variable number of students attending institutional courses held at the Italian Shipping Academy.
The contract value, taking into account the following elements:
— Amount based auction (19 EUR — inclusive of VAT, if and when due)
— Number of overnight stays of which it is possible to estimate the need (about 19 400 per year)
— Validity period of the proposed contract (2 years)
It is estimated at a total of 737 200 EUR (taxes included, if and when due), it being understood that the object of this tender is the cost of a single night.
This estimate is to be considered merely indicative (derived from historical data for the occupied posts in the last two years — 2014 and 2015) and valid solely for the purpose of determining the total estimated value of the contract and therefore the type of award procedure to be experienced.

Therefore this estimate is not a guarantee on the number of nights that will actually be required and welded to the consultant in the performance of the course itself.
The safety costs are zero.

The residential service required to be made in favour of attending the courses held at la Fondazione Italian Academy of the Merchant Marine, and will consist of the provision of accommodation della Fondazione, places 1 or more housing units.
The Foundation intends to offer this service to scholars in the locality residents who fall more than 30 km from the Academy. The service is therefore required for a variable number which will depend on elements such as the geographical origin of members. The residential units offered by the economic operator will have to be allocated in accordance with the following requirements:
