The Wind Farm involved in the tender will be the following:

— Potenza Pietragalla (Basilicata) 9 WTG 18 MW total;

— Contrada Coniglia (Sicily) 9 WTG 18 MW total;

— Maida (Calabria) 28 WTG 56 MW total;

— San Floro (Calabria) 4 WTG 8 MW total.

Maximum number of candidates invited to the tender: 20.

Selection Criteria:

A) organizational-dimensional suitability, determined on the basis of the ratio between employees costs and the business turnover in the last 3 years prior to the date of publication of the call;

B) typological suitability, determined on the basis of the total amount of activities performed in the sector object of the call and, in particular. the operation and maintenance of wind farms in the 3 years prior to the date of publication of the call.

C) suitability location, determined on the basis of the presence in Italy of a registered office or head office or branch, business unit or active contracts in the last 3 years prior to call publication date.

Marks assigned:

A) organizational-dimensional suitability:

— Up to 0.15: 0 points;

— Greater than 0.15 and up to 0.20: 3.5 points;

— Greater than 0.20 and up to 0.25: 7 points;

— Greater than 0.25 to 0.30: 11 points;

— More than 0.30: 15 points;

B) typological eligibility:

— Up to 0.40 times the amount at auction: 0 points;

— More than 0.40 times and up to 1.75: 3.5 points;

— More than 1.75 up to 3: 7 points;

— More than 3 up to 4: 11 points;

— More than 4 times the amount specified in the tender: 15 points.

C) Localization Eligibility:

— Yes: 2 points;

— No: 0 points;

Suppliers shall submit declaration of the required parameters. In particular, it shall declare:

— Personnel costs of the last 3 financial years;

— Overall turnover for the last 3 years;

— Total amount for service operation and maintenance of wind farms in the last 3 years in the main category of the call;

— Eventual declaration of presence in the country 's legal, administrative and operational indicating their addresses;

— Possible Declaration containing the list of jobs O & M for wind that in the last 3 years the company has performed worldwide.
