Supply of digital array chips and reagents for a Fluidigm BioMark system
The Molecular Biology and Genomics Unit of the JRC of the European Commission in Ispra is performing digital PCR analysis on a Fluidigm BioMark system in order to determine the absolute number of target copies (zygosity status) of genetically modified and taxon-reference in control samples submitted according to Reg. No 1829/2003. The object of the contract is the supply of digital array chips to be used on the digital PCR machine manufactured by Fluidigm in use in our laboratories and related reagents and consumables.
