Candidates are invited to send the following documents:

— statement that the candidate is not subject to any of the causes of exclusion listed at art. 38 of Legislation Decree 12.4.2006 n.163,

— Statement of the official record of the company, in its own country, or in the country where it is located (CCIAA certificates for Italian candidates),

— statement of the company that the supply will be achieved by regular workers, according to Italian regulation, or equivalent effective laws in their own country.

All the above documents must be duly certified by the competent authority of the economic operator’s country of registration. In case that the documents are not prepared in English, they shall be accompanied by official translation in English.

— confirm within 15 calendar days from issue of the invitation to tender that it will submit a bona fide tender for the complete scope of the contract, and that such tender will be submitted in due time in accordance with the instructions to tenderers,

— confirm its ability to provide guarantees for schedule and plant performance and accept liquidated damages for failure to meet the guaranteed requirements or the specified milestones,

— proof of compliance with the requirements set forth by Article 38 of D. Lgs 12.4.2006 n. 163.

Participants may not be in any relationship of control between themselves, pursuant to Article 34 All statements required must be signed by a legally authorized representative.

Tenderers must provide the following informations:

— technical details demonstrating that the requested turbines and compressors are within the production range,

— details of available shop capacity in the manufacturing schedule to meet the delivery deadlines,

— list of references,

— details of in-house HSSE organization to oversee safety and environmental control and compliance with corporate standards. Last 5 years safety statistics must be supplied,

— details of in-house quality organization to oversee procurement, manufacturing quality control and compliance with job specifications,

— qualification certificates to be provided for:

— EN - ISO 14001,

— EN - ISO 9001.

Detail to be advised in the tender documents. Will include a milestone payment schedule with payment in arrears to reflect progress achieved during the period. Liquidated damages will apply for deviation of performance from that specified in tender documents. Export Credit (ECA) financing is likely to be considered as a positive evaluation item for technically compliant tenders.
