The objective of this contract is the provision of real driving emissions of light-duty vehicles measured by means of Portable Emission Measurement Systems (PEMS) complying with the requirement of the Regulation 2017/1151 amending Regulation (EC) No 692/2008 as regards emissions from light passenger and commercial vehicles (Euro 6) or measured using routes and protocols not fully compliant with the requirement of Regulation 2017/1151 (“non-legislative protocol”).
