Framework Contract for Supply and Maintenance of Equipment for Motor Vehicle Safety Compliance and Experimental Testing (European Commission, JRC — Joint Research Centre, JRC.C — Energy, Transport and Climate (Petten), JRC.C.4 — Sustainable Transpor)
The Regulation 2018/858 has introduced mandatory vehicle market surveillance to be carried out by Member States and the Commission.
