the following can participate in this procedure:

- exclusive representatives on the national territory or official importers, duly authorized by the manufacturer;
- companies specialized in the construction and transformation of vehicles (defined fitters), to be shown in the certificate of registration of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture of the competitor company.
Each economic operator must present - under penalty of exclusion - the self-certification of the legal representative, drawn up pursuant to and by effect of the Presidential Decree no. 445/2000, with the methods set out in art. 38 paragraph 3, certifying that they are a vehicle manufacturer, or an exclusive representative on the national territory or official importer, or a company specialized in the construction and transformation of vehicles (bodybuilder) and that this latter activity is shown in their certificate of competent Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture.

Companies specializing in the construction and transformation of vehicles (bodybuilders) must attach to the respective application form, in addition to the above, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, the valid certification attesting compliance with the UNI EN ISO standards 9001-2015, issued by an ACCREDIA accredited body or other body in mutual recognition, or self-certification of the legal representative, drawn up pursuant to and by effect of the D.P.R. no. 445/2000 and with the methods set out in art. 38, paragraph 3 which certifies its possession.
