Capacità tecnica e professionale:

all economic operators who intend to compete must produce, together with the remaining documentation required in this notice and in the tender specifications, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, at least one of the following quality certifications, currently valid, issued by ACCREDIA accredited bodies or other bodies of mutual recognition to the participating company or the manufacturing company represented by it:

- ISO 14001:2015 “International quality management system for medical devices”;

- ISO 9001:2015 relating to the reference sector IAF/EA 13 "Pharmaceutical products";

- ISO 13485:2016 “Medical devices - Quality management systems - Requirements for regulatory purposes”.

In the case of participation in R.T.I., this requirement must be met by at least one of the merged companies.
