Subcontracting is permitted, pursuant to art. 105 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and the services that the economic operator will want to subcontract must be the subject of an explicit declaration to be presented at the time of the offer. d) The DUVRI has not been drawn up. due to the absence of interference. e) The Tender Identification Code attributed to this proceeding by the A.N.AC. is: 9904307CAF. f) The single project code (C.U.P.) attributed to this proceeding is: D59I23000310001. g) The tender was not divided into functional lots due to the homogeneity of the material in question. h) This call for tenders was sent for publication in the G.U.U.E. to the Publications Office of the European Union on 28 June 2023. i) Being a call for tenders published after 27.01.2022, pursuant to art. 29 of Legislative Decree 27.01.2022 n. 4, in order to deal with the negative economic repercussions following the containment measures and the global health emergency deriving from the spread of the COVID-19 virus, a price revision clause will be inserted in the negotiation deed that will result from this procedure pursuant to art. 106, paragraph 1, let. a) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016. pursuant to art. 35, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the maximum value of the contract is equal to € 6.843.285,00 excluding VAT, since the Administration reserves the right to supply - limited to the two-year period following the date of registration of the contract by the Supervisory Bodies - further n. 3.000 female-shaped bulletproof vests, under the same terms and conditions checked at the time of the award, through the stipulation, with the successful economic operator, of specific negotiated procedures pursuant to art. 63, paragraph 3, let. b) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016. It should be noted that a specific price revision clause will be included in the contract that will be stipulated

all economic operators intending to compete must produce, together with the remaining documentation required in this notice and in the tender specifications, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, valid UNI EN ISO 9001-2015 quality certification issued by an accredited body ACCREDIA or other body of mutual recognition to the participating company or to the manufacturing company represented by it, expressly concerning the design, development and production of ballistic protective products.

If the bidder does not produce a copy of the documentation indicated in this paragraph, he must present a suitable self-certification, signed by the legal representative or by an attorney having the necessary powers to represent him, drawn up pursuant to and by effect of the D.R.P. no. 445/2000, with the methods set out in art. 38, paragraph 3, which certifies possession. In the case of consortia, the technical-professional capacity requirement required for participation in this contract must be possessed by the consortium itself, pursuant to art. 47, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016
