pursuant to art. 14, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, the maximum value of the contract is equal to € 4.551.700,00 (amount not subject to VAT pursuant to art. 8-bis of Presidential Decree 26.10.1972, n. 633), since the Administration reserves the the right to supply - in the following 36 months starting from the date of registration of the contract by the Control Bodies - further n. 5 boats with relative trolley, under the same terms and conditions that emerged during the award, through the stipulation, with the successful economic operator, of specific negotiated procedures pursuant to art. 76, paragraph 4, let. b) of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023.

Capacità tecnica e professionale:

each competitor must produce, together with the application and the remaining documentation provided for in this announcement, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, a self-certification from the legal representative, drawn up pursuant to and for the purposes of the Presidential Decree. n. 445/2000, with the methods set out in art. 38 paragraph 3, certifying:

- to have achieved a specific average annual turnover, for supplies similar to those under contract (supply of boats), of at least an amount equal to € 1.000.000,00 excluding VAT, in favor of public or private bodies, referring to the best 3 years of the last 5 years (2018-2022);

- to be in possession of the valid UNI EN ISO 9001-2015 quality certification issued by a national or international body accredited in the sector covered by the contract (EA-IAF Sector 14 and 20).

The Administration reserves the right to arrange technical inspections at the premises, including secondary ones, of the competitors, to verify their technical capacity.
