b) The entire contractual execution cannot be subcontracted. Subcontracting is permitted according to the methods and provisions set out in the art. 119 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023.

g) A price review clause will be inserted in the negotiation deed resulting from this procedure, pursuant to art. 60, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, including the renegotiation clause referred to in art. 9 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023. These clauses will be indicated in detail in the draft contract, which will be made available to all economic operators who pass the "pre-qualification" phase and who will be invited to submit the offer.
h) Sole Responsible for the Project is the Head of the III Department pro-tempore of the General Command of the Carabinieri.
i) Responsible for the procedure for the planning, planning and execution phases is the pro-tempore Director of the Telematics Directorate of the General Command of the Carabinieri.
