each competitor must produce, together with the application and the remaining documentation provided for in this announcement, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, a self-certification from the legal representative, drawn up pursuant to and for the purposes of the Presidential Decree. n. 445/2000, with the methods set out in art. 38 paragraph 3, certifying:

to. to be in possession of the valid "Avaya Business Partner" certification, thus having the possibility of speaking directly with the developers of the software solution;

b. to have carried out activities and/or supplies in the IP-PBX field, for at least €3,000,000.00 including VAT, both in the year 2021 and 2022.

In case of participation in R.T.I.:

- the requirement referred to in the previous letter.…

The Administration reserves the right to arrange technical inspections at the premises, including secondary ones, of the competitors, to verify their technical capacity.
