a) With the "Agreement for the exercise of the tasks of high surveillance and guarantee of the correctness and transparency of the procedures connected to the post-earthquake public reconstruction" stipulated between the Government Commissioner for the reconstruction in the territories affected by the earthquake of 24.08 .2016, the ANAC and INVITALIA on 02.02.2021 regulated the performance of the supervisory activities of the President of the ANAC and of the Special Operating Unit for the award of financed contracts for the reconstruction in the territories affected by the earthquake of 08.24 .2016 (ex art. 32 of Law n. 229/2016). b) Special Ordinance no. 27 of 10.14.2021, issued by the "Government Commissioner for the reconstruction of the territories affected by the seismic events that occurred as of 08.24.016", identified the General Command of the Carabinieri as the "implementing body" for the intervention of "seismic upgrading" of the building housing the Carabinieri Forestry Station in the Municipality of Fiuminata (MC) which, for the purpose of accelerating and simplifying the procedures, by virtue of the necessity and urgency of carrying out the reconstruction interventions, allows, among 'other, to provide for the procurement of supplies and services for the need in question, by way of derogation from the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, through the allocation of resources for a total amount of € 3.000.000,00 as amended by art. 3 of the Special Ordinance n. 46 of 31 January 2023. c) The procurement procedures referred to in this announcement have been authorized - pursuant to art. 32, co. 2, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 - with determination to contract n. 571 U.A.R. on 15.06.2023. d) The tender specifications, which contain all the conditions for participation, together with the relative annexes, the technical documentation and the draft of the contract are available, together with this announcement, on the website www.carabinieri.it, in the "transparent administration" section , sub-section "tenders and contracts", at the following URL: https://www.carabinieri.it/in-vostro-aiuto/amministrazione-trasparente/gare-appalto/gare-appalto/progettazione-degli-interventi-a-seguito-di-sisma-con-accorpamento-in-unica-sede-stazioni-cc-territoriale-e-forestale-in-fiuminata-(mc) and on the website www.acquistinretepa.it (initiative name: Design of interventions following the earthquake with unification in a single location of the Fiuminata Carabinieri Forestry and Territorial Stations - initiative number/code: 3626662 accessible from the "sell" menu, "other tenders" subfolder "). e) The complete execution of the contract cannot be subcontracted.
