pursuant to art. 35, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the maximum value of the contract is equal to € 1.507.857,36 excluding VAT, since the Administration reserves the right to supply - in the following 36 months from the date of registration of the contract by the Supervisory Bodies - further n. 259 motorcycles, under the same terms and conditions checked at the time of the award, through the stipulation, with the successful economic operator, of specific negotiated procedures pursuant to art. 63, paragraph 3, let. b) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016. It should be noted that a specific price revision clause will be included in the contract that will be stipulated.
