refurbishment of common vehicles with special processing, with a mass not exceeding 35 q. and their total rendered inefficient due to damage or accident which, at the moment in which they need to be repaired, are located in any capacity within the territory of competence of the reference lot. It should be noted that the body repair lots must also include the mechanical operations for the complete restoration of the vehicle. In case of recovery of the vehicle by tow truck, the price to be paid by the A.D. it will be € 70,00 excluding VAT, for the first 50 km of travel between round trips; beyond this threshold the price will be €1,00/km excluding VAT.

In case of recovery of the vehicle by means of a rescue truck, the price will be borne by the CEO. it will be € 70,00 excluding VAT, for the first 50 km of total outward and return travel; beyond this threshold the price will be € 1,00/km excluding VAT.
