c) The complete execution of the contract cannot be subcontracted. There are no services or processes to be performed exclusively by the successful tenderer. Therefore, subcontracting is permitted according to the methods and provisions set out in art. 105 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016.

h) Pursuant to EC Regulation no. 593 of 17 June 2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the Italian legislation will be applied to the contractual obligations deriving from this tender.
i) Sole person in charge of the procedure for the procedure aimed at stipulating the framework agreements is the pro-tempore Head of the Sole Contractual Center of the General Command of the Carabinieri.
j) The Director of the contractual execution of the aforementioned framework agreements is the pro-tempore Head of Health Service of the General Command of the Carabinieri.
