Subcontracting, without prejudice to full compliance with the provisions of the technical specifications based on the tender and the requirements of the rules of the D.A.A.A., is governed by art. 105 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016. d) The safety charges relating to interference risks are zero; in this regard, a "D.U.V.R.I. Standard ”, attached to the technical specifications, in which the prevention and protection measures against risks at work have been identified. e) The Tender Identification Code attributed to this procedure by the A.N.AC. is: 9358750CCE. f) The tender was not divided into functional lots as the set of services provided is characterized by homogeneity and close correlation. g) This call for tenders has been sent for publication in the Official Gazette. to the Publications Office of the European Union on 22 August 2022. h) Being a call for tenders published after 27.01.2022, pursuant to art. 29 of Legislative Decree 27.01.2022 n. 4, in order to deal with the negative economic repercussions following the containment measures and the global health emergency deriving from the spread of the COVID-19 virus, a price revision clause will be included in the negotiation act that will arise from this procedure. pursuant to art. 106, paragraph 1, let. a) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016. all economic operators wishing to compete must produce, together with the remaining documentation provided for in this notice and in the tender regulations, under penalty of exclusion from this tender procedure, the following:
a. approval pursuant to AER Technical Publication (EP) .P-145 "Requirements for Maintenance Organizations" of the Directorate of Aeronautical Armaments and Airworthiness, currently valid, to perform maintenance activities on MCH-109A aircraft. To this end, appropriate certification must be produced, or self-certification - signed by the legal representative, drawn up pursuant to and for the purposes of the D.R.P. n. 445/2000, with the procedures set out in art. 38, paragraph 3 - which certifies its possession;

b. approval of company hourly costs in compliance with Publication SGD-G-023 "Analysis of industrial costs and congruity of offers in the military procurement sector" of the General Secretariat of Defense and National Directorate of Armaments - II Department "Administrative coordination and control of expenditure" . To this end, appropriate certification must be produced, or self-certification - signed by the legal representative, drawn up pursuant to and for the purposes of the D.R.P. n. 445/2000, with the procedures set out in art. 38, paragraph 3 - which certifies its possession;
