all economic operators provided for by art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, including the competitors specifically and temporarily grouped pursuant to art. 45, paragraph 2, lett. d) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and aggregations between companies adhering to the network contract pursuant to art. 45, paragraph 2, lett. f) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, according to the procedures indicated in the tender regulations.

Capacità tecnica e professionale:

the following can participate in this procedure:

- manufacturers;

- exclusive representatives or official importers;

- companies specialized in the construction and transformation of vehicles (defined as fitters), to be shown in the registration certificate of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture of the competing company.

Each economic operator must submit - under penalty of exclusion - the self-certification of the legal representative, drawn up pursuant to and for the purposes of the Presidential Decree n. 445/2000, with the procedures set out in art. 38 paragraph 3, certifying that it is a vehicle manufacturer, or an exclusive representative or official importer, or a company specialized in the construction and transformation of vehicles (body builder) and that the latter activity appears in its certificate from the competent Chamber of Commerce Industry, Crafts and Agriculture.

The exclusive representatives and official importers must also attach to the respective application form, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, the authorization of the parent company to set up the vehicles.

Companies specializing in the construction and transformation of vehicles (fitters) must attach to the respective application form, in addition to the above, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, the valid certification certifying compliance with UNI EN ISO standards. 9001-2015, issued by an accredited ACCREDIA body or other body in mutual recognition, or self-certification by the legal representative, drawn up pursuant to and for the purposes of the Presidential Decree n. 445/2000 and with the procedures set out in art. 38, paragraph 3 which certifies its possession.

Each competitor must be in possession of a assistance network (relating only to the vehicular part) consisting of at least 60 official assistance points throughout the national territory, registered in the Business Register provided for by the Presidential Decree n. 558/1999 for repair activities.

All economic operators wishing to compete must therefore submit, under penalty of exclusion, a detailed list of workshops, branches, etc., defined as "assistance points", accompanied by company name, address, telephone, fax and e-mail. The "assistance points" indicated must be registered in the business register provided for by art. 10, paragraph 5 of the Presidential Decree n. 558/1999 for general repair activities.

In the case of consortia, the technical-professional capacity requirements required for participation in this contract must be possessed by the consortium itself, pursuant to art. 47, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016.
