The service object of the procedure must apply to the design and the management of public competitions for high professionalism of the Ministry of Justice.
Competitions for high professionalism are characterized, from the performance of at least one written test with a complex open answer.
These written tests, at present, require the candidate to work out a handwritten text written manually on paper.
The service in question must also apply to the management of competitions which involve complex open-ended written tests.

Description of the renewals: the contracting authority reserves the right to renew / extend the contract, under the same conditions, for a duration of two (2) years, for the same amounts.
