c) The entire contractual execution cannot be subcontracted. Given the specific nature of the service and given the need to protect the military infrastructure, subcontracting is allowed, pursuant to the combined provisions of Articles 31, paragraph 8 and 105, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, only for activities relating to geological, geotechnical and seismic surveys, surveys, surveys, measurements and staking, preparation of specialized and detailed documents (with the exception of geological reports), as well as for the sole graphic drafting of design documents. - specificity of the contracted service, which requires the bidder to possess adequate requisites, verified during the tender; the use of different subcontractors could lead to a decline in the quality of the service requested, considering that for subcontractors the standard does not require the approval of the aforementioned technical requirements;
- protection of the security of the military infrastructure, also in consideration that the tender documentation has been identified as "controlled non-classified information"; in fact, the presence of multiple service employees, belonging to different operators, could expose the Administration to military security risks.
d) The D.U.V.R.I. has not been drawn up due to the absence of interference.

i) Being a call for tenders published after 27.01.2022, pursuant to art. 29 of Legislative Decree 27.01.2022 n. 4, in order to deal with the negative economic repercussions following the containment measures and the global health emergency deriving from the spread of the COVID-19 virus, a price revision clause will be included in the negotiation act that will arise from this procedure. pursuant to art. 106, paragraph 1, let. a) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016.
