Given the specific nature of the service and given the need to protect the military infrastructure, subcontracting is allowed, pursuant to the combined provisions of Articles 31, paragraph 8 and 105, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, only for activities relating to geological, geotechnical and seismic surveys, surveys, surveys, measurements and staking, preparation of specialized and detailed documents (with the exception of geological reports), as well as for the sole graphic drafting of design documents.
