a) The procurement procedures referred to in this announcement have been authorized - pursuant to art. 32, co. 2, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 - with determination to contract n. 1088 R.U.A. on 15.10.2021.
b) Subcontracting is allowed within the limits of 30% of the contractual amount of each lot, in order to ensure the direct and continuous control of the technical / professional requirements of the individual awarded company.
c) The D.U.V.R.I. has not been drawn up due to the absence of interference.

e) The unique project code (C.U.P.) attributed to this proceeding is: D51B21002150006.
f) This call for tenders has been sent for publication in the Official Gazette. to the Publications Office of the European Union on 01.12.2021.
g) The stipulation of the contracts will take place after the positive outcome of the formal check carried out by the competent offices of the Authority Responsible for the Internal Security Fund 2014 - 2020. In the event that the negative outcome of the aforementioned checks determines the total or partial cancellation of the loan assigned to the Project, the Administration will assess the need to exercise self-protection powers.
