pursuant to art. 35, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the maximum value of the contract is € 3.723.922,08 excluding VAT, since the Administration reserves the right to supply - in the following 36 months from the date of registration of the contract by the Control Bodies - further n. 144 motorcycles, under the same terms and conditions that emerged at the time of the award, through the stipulation, with the successful economic operator, of specific negotiated procedures pursuant to art. 63, paragraph 3, let. b) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016.

manufacturers and exclusive representatives or official importers can participate in this procedure. The exclusive representatives and official importers must attach, to the respective application form, under penalty of exclusion from the race, the authorization of the parent company to set up the motorcycles.

Each competitor must be in possession of a assistance network consisting of at least 60 official assistance points throughout the national territory, registered in the Business Register provided for by the Presidential Decree n. 558/1999 for repair activities.

All economic operators wishing to compete must also submit, under penalty of exclusion, a detailed list of workshops, branches, etc., defined as "assistance points", accompanied by company name, address, telephone, fax and e-mail. The "assistance points" indicated must be registered in the business register provided for by art. 10, paragraph 5 of the D.P.R. n. 558/1999 for general repair activities.
