With object ‘Bando Europeo gara ppr_10255 domanda di partecipazione – Global Procurement — Global I&N Procurement — Smart Grids Materials and Equipments Procurement’, suppliers. Suitable suppliers will be invited to participate at the Online tender throught the platform called WEBUY.
Registration procedure to WEBUY and to the merceological group called ‘FSMT13 - Strumenti per misura di grandezze topografiche’ must be completed within end of the economic phase if not participant cannot be awarder.

Participant have to:
— fill and digitally sign the NDU and to send it to the above mentioned contacts in order to get technical specification. In the case of a RTI, the NDU must be jointly signed,
— upon receipt of the request of participation Enel will allow the supplier to discharge/upload the documentation of the first phase of the tender which can be identificated with the code rfi_281.
The qualification process to the FSMT13 must be (at least) in the status ‘invio base positivo’ if not participant cannot have access to the documentation.
It is absolutely forbidden to send technical and economic offers during the present pre-qualification phase, under penalty of exclusion from the tender. Documentation must be uploaded within the deadline of present announcement into the rfi_281.
All the documentation have to be submitted in Italian/English language.
Total/partial failure to comply with previous points can constitute an exclusion to the relevant tender.
In case supplier will be considered suitable for this tender he will have access to the Other phases of the tender.
Participation to the tender is also subordinated to the presentation of the documents required into relevant merchandise group.
Euro is the only one accepted currency.
It is also required:
The supply of each laser scanner device must include the software license.
A 5-year warranty with assistance is required.
Assistance from the supplier may be requested for problems related to:
— software of devices and scan processing software and related upgrades (upgrade available and automatically installed at each release),
— device firmware,
— technical support in case of problems during use.
Product warranty must also ensure:
— failures attributable to manufacturing defects
— hardware repair under warranty and not, with return within 1 month,
— the possibility to report failures via telephone/email, with response and start of resolution activities within 2 working days,
— the licenses must be concurrent, installable on the Amazon Cloud and in an adequate number in order to guarantee 90 users contemporaneity,
Training is also required that includes:
— user manuals and videos in Italian language,
— technical documentation relating to the use of the device,
— a least 4 specific training sessions in Italy with object the laser scanner and their software.
Enel reserves the right to exclude from the tender suppliers who, at the time of submission of the application for participation in the tender, have not completed the requirements for obtaining authorization to access the WEBUY platform for the FSMT13
