Pursuant to art. 35, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree No 50/2016, the maximum value of the contract is equal to EUR 1 531 514.00 excluding VAT, since the Administration will be able to commission the successful bidder, through the stipulation of specific executive contracts/orders for the entire duration of the agreement framework and within the maximum limit established therein. In this regard, it should be noted that:
— there is no obligation for the contracting authority to stipulate the descendant executive contracts/orders (eg in case of unsatisfactory execution of the service);
— the contracting economic operator is obliged to perform the services under the same original technical and economic conditions (invariance of prices).

(a) The procurement procedures referred to in this announcement have been authorised — pursuant to art. 32, co. 2, of Legislative Decree No 50/2016 — with determination to contract No 203 R.U.A. on 16 February 2021;
(b) Subcontracting is allowed within the limit of 40 % of the contractual amount, according to the provisions of art. 105, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree No 50/2016, given the need to ensure the greatest possible occurrence, in order to prevent the tender from being deserted and the continuity of the service covered by the procedure being jeopardised;

(d) This call for tenders has been sent for publication in the Official Gazette. to the Publications Office of the European Union on 24 March 2021;
