The participating economic operators must produce, together with the remaining documentation provided for in this announcement, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, the following documentation:
— Certification, currently valid, certifying compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standards, issued by an accredited body ACCREDIA or other body of mutual recognition to the participating company or the manufacturing company represented by it, relating to sector 19 of reference ‘Design, development and production of light signaling equipment’. For the purpose of demonstrating the aforementioned requirement, the tenderer must send a scanned copy of the document digitally signed by the legal representative or self-certification, signed by the same, drawn up pursuant to and for the purposes of the D.R.P. No 445/2000, with the methods referred to in art. 38, paragraph 3, which certifies possession. In case of expired ISO 9001: 2015 certification, the same must be submitted, together with the renewal application having a date prior to the expiry of this announcement; admission will be subject to the presentation, within the deadline for the submission of the offer, of the ISO 9001: 2015 certification currently in progress or approval of the positive outcome of the Audit.
