(Identified Tender Code) attributed to this procedure by the A.N.AC is: 85060896B2. (e) The Unique Project Code (C.U.P.) attributed to this proceeding is: D89E19001130001. (f) This call for tenders has been sent for publication in the Official Gazette. to the Publications Office of the European Union on 24 November 2020. (g) Pursuant to EC Regulation no. 593 of 17 June 2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Italian law will be applied to the contractual obligations deriving from this tender.
