All the economic operators envisaged by Art. 45 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016, including competitors specifically and temporarily grouped pursuant to Art. 45, Paragraph 2, Lett. d) of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016 and aggregations between companies participating in the network contract pursuant to Art. 45, Paragraph 2, Lett. f) of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016, according to the methods indicated in the tender regulations.

All the competitors (even if consortium members, reunited, retisti or auxiliary) must declare to be in possession of the general requirements of economic-financial and technical-professional capacity foreseen for the participation in the race, according to the modalities indicated in the specifications.

Capacità tecnica e professionale:

The companies producing and commercial enterprises can participate in the tender. All the economic operators wishing to compete will have to produce, together with the remaining documentation foreseen in the present announcement and in the tender regulations, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, the quality certification UNI EN ISO 9001-2015 valid, issued by the accredited Body ACCREDIA or other mutual recognition body to the participating company or to the manufacturing company represented by it. This certification must expressly concern the design, development and production of protective products. In the case of RTI the aforementioned certification must be held by the manufacturer of the product, or by the company that markets it. In the case of consortia, the technical-professional capacity requirements for participation in this contract must be held by the consortium itself, pursuant to Art. 47, Paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016.

For the purpose of demonstrating the aforementioned requirement, the competitor must send a scanned copy of the document digitally signed by the legal representative, or self-certification, signed by the same, drawn up pursuant to and for the purposes of the DRP No. 445/2000, with the methods set out in Art. 38, Paragraph 3, which certifies its possession.
