Abilitazione all'esercizio dell'attività professionale:

All economic operators established by the Art. 45 of Legislative Decree No 50/2016, including competitors specifically and temporarily grouped pursuant to Art. 45, Paragraph 2, Lett. d) of Legislative Decree No 50/2016 and aggregations between companies adhering to the network contract pursuant to Art. 45, Paragraph 2, Lett. f) of Legislative Decree No 50/2016, according to the methods indicated in the tender rules.

Each competing company (even if auxiliary or principal) must produce two suitable bank statements.

Capacità tecnica e professionale:

Companies and/or groupings and/or networks specialized in the production of manufactured goods for which they ask to compete are allowed to participate. To this end, each competitor must declare/demonstrate possession of the following minimum requirements:

(a) certification attesting compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001-2015 standards, issued by an accredited ACCREDIA organization or other institution in mutual recognition, relating to the accreditation sector (EA) of reference of the lot to which it is requested to compete;

(b) specific turnover: list of supplies, made in the 3-year period 2016-2018, relating to similar finished products (for raw materials used, construction techniques, machinery and equipment used, similarity and intended use) to those for which participation is requested, the whose annual average must be at least twice the value of the lot without VAT, as better indicated in the attachments. The list must contain the detailed indication of the type of products, amounts invoiced, contract dates and beneficiaries;

(c) (only for Italian packaging companies, except for the economic operators that intend to present the offer for lot 7) declaration attesting to the possession of the license of the Internal Ministry pursuant to Art. 28 of the R.D. No 773/1931, indicating the issuing date, expiry date, of the issuing prefecture, as well as the quantity of manufactured goods for which possession is authorized, attaching a copy of the same.

The administration reserves the right to arrange technical inspections at the offices, even secondary, of the competitors, to verify its technical capacity. The relative costs are borne by the competitor.

The minimum levels of technical and economic capacity are justified by the objective complexity of the supplies (as for the timing of procurement and delivery of the finished products, especially for the request for “emergency 5” or “5
