Capacità tecnica e professionale:

Each competitor shall submit, together with the application for participation and punishment for exclusion from the tender, the following documentation:

— self-certification of the legal representative, drawn up pursuant to and for the effects of Presidential Decree No 445/2000, with the detailed rules laid down in Art. 38 Comma 3, attesting to have built and marketed, in the last 5 (five years), boats with characteristics similar to that in contract by Dimensions (+ 10 % of the dimensions required in the technical specifications and + 30 % of the power required in the same Technical specifications) and performance. Such self-certification shall be accompanied by the data of vessels and their purchasers,

— quality certification ISO 9001:2015, which has been valid since the date of submission of the application for participation, or self-declaration of the legal representative, drafted pursuant to and for the effects of Presidential Decree No 445/2000, with the detailed rules laid down in Art. 38, Paragraph 3, which attests to its possession. In Case of certification ISO 9001:2015 expired, the same must be presented together with the application for renewal date prior to the expiry of this notice: the admission of the competitor will be subject to submission, within the expiry date of the offer, the new ISO 9001:2015 certification being valid or proof of the success of the Audit. In the event that the above-mentioned certification expires during the current year, the declaration of the legal representative stating that it will be active until the whole of 2019 shall be produced.
