Supply of No 1 training course on patrimonial/financial investigation tools aimed at aggression of illicit assets, No 1 training course on prevention and contrast activities in the field of cybercrime and No 1 training course on preventing and combating environmental offenses, in order to provide viewers with an overall view of the patrimonial and financial investigation tools, aimed at combating organized crime, illustrating the contents of the decree ‘Code of Anti-Mafia Laws’ and prevention measures. The courses must be held at the headquarters of 26 Carabinieri Provincial Commands, in which 20 units will participate for each provincial command, located in the Regions of Sicilia, Calabria, Puglia, Basilicata and Campania.

Capacità tecnica e professionale:

For participation in Lot 1: each current economic operator must present, under penalty of exclusion, certificates/attestations/awards as an accredited training institution. Furthermore, it must present a self-certification pursuant to the D.P.R. No 445/2000, signed by the legal representative, with which he certifies having previous experience (at least a similar course) in the provision of university-level training courses in the subjects covered by the lot, with particular regard to personal and preventive measures balance sheet;

For participation in Lot 2: each current economic operator must present, under penalty of exclusion, certificates/attestations/awards as an accredited training institution. Furthermore, it must present a self-certification pursuant to the D.P.R. No 445/2000, signed by the legal representative, certifying that you have previous experience (at least a similar course) in the provision of university-level training courses on cybercrime.

For participation in Lot 3: each current economic operator must present, under penalty of exclusion, certificates/attestations/awards as an accredited training institution. Furthermore, it must present a self-certification pursuant to the D.P.R. No 445/2000, signed by the legal representative, certifying that you have previous experience (at least a similar course) in the provision of university-level training courses on investigation techniques aimed at combating environmental offenses.
