Put back into service common and special-purpose vehicles (fitted out) and their total made inefficient due to breakdown or damage which, at the time when they need repair work, can be found for any reason within the territory of the lot of reference. The awarded companies must be able to carry out repairs both for vehicles belonging to the FCA group, for Subaru and other foreign car manufacturers.

Capacità tecnica e professionale:

Each competitor, together with the application form and the documents prescribed in this announcement, must — under penalty of exclusion — present:

(a) self-certification of the legal representative, drawn up pursuant to and for the purposes of the D.P.R. No 445/2000 and with the procedures referred to in Art. 38, paragraph 3, certifying the possession of a suitable operating office (workshop/body shop) — where contract work must be carried out exclusively — located in the territory of the lot for which participation is requested (as specified in more detail in the Annexes B1 to B4), with the indication of all the data necessary for its exact identification. This workshop must, however, be part of the corporate structure of the economic operator participating in the tender — even as an associated or controlled company — or joined to it according to one of the forms envisaged by Art. 48 of Legislative Decree No 50/2016. Furthermore, in the same declaration, it must be confirmed that this workshop complies with all the requirements indicated in the technical specifications based on the contract;

(b) self-certification of the legal representative, drawn up pursuant to and for the purposes of the D.P.R. No 445/2000 and with the procedures referred to in Art. 38, paragraph 3, attesting to be in possession of the ‘Requirements common to all economic operators’, listed in detail in Art. 1 ‘Generalities’ of the technical specifications;

(c) fire prevention certificate relating to the workshop where the work must be performed, or self-certification of the legal representative, prepared in accordance with and for the purposes of the D.P.R. No 445/2000 and with the procedures referred to in Art. 38, paragraph 3, which certifies their possession;

(d) valid certification certifying compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001-2015 standards, issued by ACCREDIA accredited body or other institution in mutual recognition, or self-certification of the legal representative, drawn up in accordance with and for the purposes of the D.P.R. No 445/2000 and with the procedures referred to in Art. 38, paragraph 3 which certifies their possession. In the case of expired ISO 9001: 2015 certification, the same must be presented, together with the renewal application dated before the expiry of the present announcement: admission will be subject to presentation, within the deadline for the submission of the offer, of the ISO 9001: 2015 certification in course of validity or proof of the positive outcome of the audit;

(e) self-certification of the legal representative, drawn up pursuant to and for the purposes of the D.P.R. No 445/2000 and with the procedures referred to in Art. 38, paragraph 3, certifying that the workshop available is in possession of the ‘Separate requirements for type of repair — 1 mechanics of vehicles, listed in detail in Art. 1. General of the technical specifications;

(f) (only for the economic operators that participate in the Lot 1 related to the mechanical repair of the vehicles of the Carabinieri Provincial Command of Vibo Valentia, of the Carabinieri Companies of Gioia Tauro, Taurianova and Palmi, of the Helicopter Hunters ‘Calabria’ Squadron, of the 14th Carabinieri Battalion ‘Calabria’ and of the 8th Carabinieri Helicopters Unit based in Vibo Valentia), self-certification of the legal representative, drafted in accordance with and for the purposes of the Presidential Decree No 445/2000 and with the procedures referred to in Art. 38, paragraph 3, certifying that the workshop available is in possession of the ‘Separate requirements for type of repair - 2. Heavy vehicle mechanics’, listed in detail in Art. 1. General of the technical specifications.

The administration reserves the right to arrange technical inspections at the offices, even secondary, of the competitors, to verify its technical capacity.
