C) Certificate of registration to the ordinary section of the Companies Register issued by the Chamber of Commerce for activities related to those of the tender certifying that the company is not in a state of bankruptcy, compulsory liquidation, arrangement with creditors or against whom there is an on-going process for the declaration of one of these situations (in addition to the certificate, a further document must be submitted which shows that the signatory/signatories has/have been granted the related power, in cases in which this is not evident in the certificate issued by the Chamber of Commerce)

a) References and willingness of credit institutions to grant credit equal to or greater than 100.000,00 euros in the event of award of the contract, the absence of which will entail exclusion from the tender, or extension of existing credit limits to the said amount. The documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope and must state the amount requested.

Enel reserves the option to accept other statements (in sealed envelope) issued by at least two credit institutions related to the holding of equivalent bank guarantees or detailed information on different ways of financing (affiliates, parent companies, etc.).

"b) turnover for the years 2014-2015-2016 or 2015-2016-2017 derived from approved statutory financial statements (for 2017 a supplier's declaration is acceptable). For eligibility to the tender, the overall figure for the 3-year period in question will be not less than 5.000.000,00 (Five Million) euros, failing which figure will entail exclusion from the tender.

The amounts should be divided into figures for each year and the total figure.

In the case of a consortium or an RTI, requirements must be met by the same consortium or grouping and, in particular, each company must meet at least 20 % of the requirements, failing which figure will entail exclusion from the tender.

The above must be supported by detailed documentation. Enel reserves the right to request a declaration of satisfaction from customers. For eligibility for the tender, the bidder must produce a declaration signed by the legal representative, certifying that the above requirements have been satisifed. In addition, the required documents must be produced, certifying that which is described above. If for a valid reason the company is not able to submit the required documentation, it may present other documents that serve to prove its financial capacity and which Enel will evaluate.

a) supply list of cementing unit for the years 2014-2015-2016 or 2015-2016-2017. For eligibility to the tender, the overall figure for the 3-year period in question will be not less than 3.500.000,00 euros, failing which figure will entail exclusion from the tender

For each contract, the bidder must specify:

— The customer,

— Description of the scope of the contract,

— Start and end dates,

— The amount expressed in euros Where the contracts have been drawn up in currencies other than the euro, the conversion will be made using the average exchange rate of the Italian Exchange Rates Office (UIC) for the relevant month of each year in question.

The bidder, in the event that such services have been acquired as part of an RTI, must declare the amount due to each individual company within the RTI.

c) Detailed statement of the ability to guarantee the maintenance management to the Enel Green Power well sites located in the geothermal areas of Tuscany/Upper Lazio within 12 hours of a request

Enel Green Power reserves the right to conduct the economical phase on the Ariba Enterprise Sourcing on-line tender IT system (hereinafter referred to as AES),

Which can be accessed by connecting to PortalOne or Enel Group Procurement Portal.

Enel reserves the right to exclude from the tender suppliers who, at the time of submission of the application for participation in the tender, have not completed the requirements for obtaining authorisation to access the ARIBA platform for the product group " FMIG04 — Geothermal drilling - machinery ".
