IT planned and emergency support services
ETF wishes to conclude a framework contract for:
— for lot 1, the provision of remote and on-site IT planned and emergency support services, during and outside working hours, through highly qualified systems administrators in the areas of Citrix, Microsoft, VMWare, and optionally NetApp, Extreme Networks, Palo Alto Networks, and Veeam. This includes the provision of IT planned and emergency services for cloud computing solutions related to all the here before mentioned areas when applicable, to help us navigate our journey to the cloud,
— for lot 2, the provision of remote and on-site IT planned and emergency support services, during and outside working hours, through highly qualified staff in the area of Microsoft SharePoint to cover information analysis tasks, server administration and tuning tasks including related SQL server administration.
